Experience
I served as a writing tutor in my last year as an undergraduate and in my two years in graduate school. I helped students with essays in all subjects. I taught English at a private school at the high school level for 19 years. Throughout my teaching career I have tutored part-time. I like tutoring because the one-on-one format allows for the individual attention that cannot be provided in the classroom. I am a writer myself. I have my own website with my own online monthly magazine, and I do almost all of the writing myself. I also edit the work of those who write for me.
